Let’s just be real, I’m a bit of a tea snob: The Rules

I get it, we all have various opinions and they’re all valid. However, what is NOT valid is telling someone else that their preference and opinion is wrong. There’s a lot of tea out there guys, and there’s certainly enough room for us all around the table. You love loose leaf? Great! More into the tea bag? That’s awesome! Loving your Teavana and Davids flavored blends? Fantastic! More of an organic, local shop supporter? High five! There is NO right or wrong way to enjoy your tea, unless of course you’re adding the tea to the water, instead of the water to the tea (BLASPHEMY I TELLS YOU!!!)

This series of blog posts will deal with what I consider to be ‘pet peeves’ in the tea world, and the aim is to educate not intimidate. Anyone who truly loves tea should be focused on getting people to drink it in any form, not just the ones that you think are ‘best’.  We can all be friends, I swear!!!

So, the rules are: Be accepting of all tea drinkers, no matter what kind or how they like to take it! Discuss differences and pass along information, but don’t be a jerk about it!

Something ‘bugging you’ or want more info? Drop me a line and I’ll put in in the ol’ Rolodex of blog ideas!
